Mafikizolo first formed in the 90's as a trio, signing a record deal with indie label Kalawa Jazmee. The passing of one band member saw the remaining two temporarily breaking for a period to focus on solo careers but they reunited stronger than before with their track #Khona, which has gone on to be one of the most played and requested song in South Africa.
